Chapter Dues + National Organization Fees
Chapter dues and national organization fees are billed through Billhighway.
Members may choose to:
a) pay the semester balance in one lump sum at the beginning of the semester, or
b) pay in monthly installments
Payment plans are divided as follows:
Initiated Members (Fall)
→ July–December (6 monthly payments)
Initiated Members (Spring)
→ January–April (4 monthly payments)
New Members (Fall)
→ September–December (4 monthly payments)
Dues + Fee Details
CHAPTER DUES:
→ Chapter dues support the day-to-day operations of the Chapter, including leadership development, sisterhood activities, career & personal development programming, social functions, campus involvement, and chapter operations. Dues are reviewed and approved annually by the chapter.
NATIONAL DUES:
→ Semester dues paid to Chi Omega Fraternity that support national programming, educational resources, leadership initiatives, and member services.
RISK MANAGEMENT FEE:
→ An annual fee paid to Chi Omega Fraternity that funds member safety initiatives and insurance coverage.
PANHELLENIC FEE:
→ A fee paid to NC State Panhellenic to support community-wide programming and membership in the National Panhellenic Conference.
NEW MEMBER FEES:
→ The following one-time fees are paid only during a member's first semester:
New Member Fee, Initiation Fee, Badge Fee (cost varies based on badge selection)
House Corporation Fees
House Corporation fees are billed separately through the NC State University Cashier's Office and appear on the student's university account.
Families may use any payment options offered through the University's Cashier's Office to pay these charges.
MEAL PLAN FEE:
→ Provides meals prepared by the chapter house chef.
→ Out-of-house and new members receive 10 meals per week.
→ In-house members receive 15 meals per week.
PARLOR FEE:
→ Supports the maintenance, furnishings, utilities, and upkeep of the chapter facility.
ROOM RENT:
→ Housing fee for members who live in the chapter house.
